My Mission

As a realtor my primary goal is to provide quality service to buyers and sellers. If I am representing a seller, my intent is to sell their property quickly and get them the top dollar for that property. If I am representing a buyer, I will show them as many properties as necessary until they find the right one.

While I certainly want to earn a commission, I will not put my own self-interest above my clients interests. I always try to act ethically and professionally, whether dealing with a buyer, seller, another realtor, banker, or others. I have found that my best source of new clients is referrals from past clients, who were happy with the services I provided.

About Me

I have been a full time realtor for over nine years. For the first two years I worked as a licensed assistant for an experienced broker/owner. I then worked for another broker in Eau Claire before coming to Eau Claire Realty, Inc. in April 2003. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked as a loan originator.

I grew up in Black River Falls and moved to Eau Claire in 1988 after serving in the U. S. Navy. I am married to Linda Danielson who is an attorney in Eau Claire. I have two sons, Ethan and Jeremy. I enjoy fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. 

I am currently serving on the boards for the Eau Claire Childrens Theatre and Eau Claire Nationals Little League.
